The official snow total for my area last weekend was eleven inches! Since I can't escape the snowy weather, I (finally) bought these Muck Boots for potty trips with the dogs in the backyard. The boots are warm and comfortable for the icy and snowy conditions. Obviously, I need appropriate footwear.

I recently came across the recipe for reindeer food which is much the same as Alton Brown's white trash recipe.  I make the cereal mix with cheerios, corn chex, mini pretzels, pistachios, cashews, peanut butter M&Ms, and melted Ghirardelli white chocolate chips.

No matter the name, it is a good tasting snack mix!
