Dangerous Chocolate Cake in a Mug

4 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
4 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons Hershey's cocoa
1 egg
3 Tablespoons milk
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
3 Tablespoons chocolate chips
splash of vanilla extract

Add dry ingredients to a large microwave-safe coffee mug and mix well.

Add the egg and mix thoroughly.

Mix in the milk and oil.

Add the chocolate chips and vanilla extract, mix again.

Put mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes on HIGH power (1000 watts).

The first time I made this recipe, I followed the directions and put it in a mug, but this time I mixed the ingredients in a 2 1/2 cup microwave-safe dish.

2 servings

Christine sent this recipe to me awhile back; and recently it came in an email from Ron, so I decided to try it again. :)

We had dinner at Outback Steakhouse last night.

The art lining the walls at the restaurant remind me of these colorful boomerangs on the cover of a recent issue of a magazine that came in the mail.

I snapped this photo of Jazzy yesterday morning as she was stretched out crawling across the yard. I think she does this as a way to scratch her tummy. She has seasonal allergies.

I was out in the yard with the dogs after a thunderstorm blew through yesterday afternoon, and I saw Mr. Toad again. So, I snapped a few more pics of him. I'm so glad my dogs don't have any interest in chasing him or eating him.
