The entrance gate and/or guest key pad both have been broken for much too long. The solution is to leave the entrance gate open 24/7. A gate attendant is on duty from 7 am to 5 pm daily. During those hours, there are orange safety cones blocking the drive into the neighborhood, to indicate using the gate house drive.
