When we built this house almost seven years ago, I was sure I wouldn't want a TV in the living room ... over the fireplace. lol, things change, and now I'm ready for a TV in the living room. I decided I needed a template to visualize a 75" TV ... that looks about right.

This is the current view of the gate house and entrance/exit gates to the neighborhood where I live. There was a mishap at the gate house porte cochere that caused major structural damage. While repairs are being made to the gate house, there is a temporary 'gate house' sitting next to the entrance gate.

The gated neighborhood where I live recently installed LED gate arms at the entrance and exit gates, in addition to the iron gates that already exist at the entrance and exit. This is a regular scene of the gate arm laying beside the road since the installation of the LED gate arms. Although, in this photo, both the gate arm for the entrance gate and the exit gate are laying here at the entrance gate side. Everything about this gated entry/exit is annoying; and this is just comical ...
