oishii maki ~ crab cake, fried shrimp, fried asparagus, avocado and spicy sauce topped with tempura crunch, seared tuna, george sauce, evil sauce and scallions

brendon roll ~ fried soft-shell crab, avocado, snow crab, asparagus; crunch outside with eel, scallion, sesame seeds, sweet and spicy sauce on top

dead head roll ~ smoked salmon, mozzarella cheese, jalapeno, deep fried then rolled
