November 25



I tried a couple different dessert recipes for my Thanksgiving menu this year, from Ina Garten cookbooks.  The first was a pumpkin flan, but I didn't like the addition of orange zest in the recipe.  Next, I made the ultimate pumpkin pie, omitting the orange zest.  I was very pleased with the flavors and light texture of this pumpkin pie.
