I baked my favorite lemon-ginger Bundt cake recipe for my birthday. Instead of a Bundt pan, I baked it in a round pan. I did an internet search for lemon curd frosting, and found this recipe. I used lemon curd from a jar. It was the perfect compliment to the cake!
